
RESERVATION & GUARANTEE POLICY
- To secure your stay at our small family owned hotel, a 100% authorization hold of the total room and tax amount will be placed on your credit card immediately upon booking. This hold guarantees your exclusive room reservation. The hold will be officially processed as final payment on your scheduled arrival day.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a small, family-owned hotel, cancellations affect us significantly. To guarantee your reservation, a 100% authorization hold of your total stay will be placed on your card at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel, your refund is determined by how far in advance you notify us:
- Notice more than 120 days in advance: penalty of 10% of the total reservation. 90% will be refunded.
- Notice less than 90 days in advance: Penalty of 25% of the total reservation. 75% will be refunded.
- Notice less than 60 days in advance: Penalty of 50% of the total reservation. 50% will be refunded.
- Notice less than 30 days in advance: 100% of the total reservation. No refunds.
IT IS RECOMMENDED TO CONTRACT TRAVEL INSURANCE THAT COVERS CASES OF LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS.
Our Commitment to Flexibility
Being a family-operated property allows us to care for our guests personally. While our standard policy requires a 100% hold to secure your room, we remain flexible under specific conditions:
- Seasonal Variations: Cancellation windows and penalties can be relaxed during designated months, depending on the proximity of your reservation and in case there has not been other reservations that might have been rejected due to your room hold.
- Case-by-Case Reviews: If an urgent matter or force majeure prevents your travel, please contact us directly. We evaluate unforeseen circumstances individually and may offer options such as credit toward a future stay.
Please note: Any exceptions or modifications to our standard payment and cancellation policy must be requested in writing and approved formally by hotel management.
HOTEL RULES
We hope that you will enjoy your stay and make full use of our facilities.
We will highly appreciate your collaboration in abiding by these rules, whose aim is to ensure peaceful and safe stay for our Guests.
Rooms can only be used by guests who are registered at the reception.
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.
Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects House Rules.
From 22:00 to 07:00 is the lights-out period. We invite every guest to be careful during this time and not cause noise that can disturb night peace.

POLÍTICAS DE TEMPORADA ALTA: (Feriados Nacionales: Carnaval, Difuntos, y demás feriados establecidos en el calendario nacional y temporada de Navidad y año nuevo desde el 21 de Diciembre hasta el 03 de Enero),
- Aplica costo suplementario por temporada alta, US$30 por noche/habitación, en todas las habitaciones del hotel.
- Deberá pagar el total del hospedaje hasta 90 días antes de la fecha de ingreso al hospedaje, a través de transferencia bancaria o envío mediante link de pago (4% al 6% recargo).
POLITICA DE CANCELACION
Si necesita cancelar, el reembolso dependerá de la antelación con la que nos avise:
- Aviso con más de 120 días de antelación: penalización del 10% del total de la reserva. Se reembolsará el 90%.
- Aviso con menos de 90 días de antelación: penalización del 25% del total de la reserva. Se reembolsará el 75%.
- Aviso con menos de 60 días de antelación: penalización del 50% del total de la reserva. Se reembolsará el 50%.
- Aviso con menos de 30 días de antelación: penalización del 100% del total de la reserva. No se realizan reembolsos.
- Se puede aplicar una política flexible dependiendo de la demanda y la temporada, previa coordinación con la administración.
