A deposit of 25% of the total bill at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining balance will be paid at check-in.
Due to the global situation of COVID – 19, we have modified our cancellation policies and change of reservation dates to be totally flexible and provide all the ease to our guests under current circumstances.
For guests who make their reservation to stay as of August 1, 2020, the dates of their stay can be modified or canceled without additional charges up to 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival time. If the modification or cancellation is made within 2 weeks, a surcharge of 100% of the advance made for the reservation will be charged. In case of modification of the dates of a reservation, the amount paid per reservation will be valid for a new date no greater than one (1) year from the original date of the reservation.

Rooms can only be used by guests who are registered at the reception.
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.
Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects House Rules.
From 22:00 to 07:00 is the lights-out period. We invite every guest to be careful during this time and not cause noise that can disturb night peace.
